Every deliverable is prepared from the public solicitation only, then reviewed by a human before it reaches the client.

The framework

Review → Organize → Respond → Track → Manage

One repeatable operating sequence, from the moment you find the solicitation through the life of the award. You stay the contractor; we handle the paperwork discipline.

  3. 03

    Respond

  4. 04

    Track

Deadlines, client inputs, tasks, deliverables, invoices, option periods, and open action items.

  5. 05

    Manage

Who we serve

Too early for enterprise software. Too serious to wing it.

Nexora is not trying to be Deltek, GovWin, Costpoint, or ProPricer. The lane is practical RFQ/RFP clarity for the businesses those platforms price out.

First-time federal bidders

Small businesses pursuing government work for the first few times and unsure what the solicitation is actually asking for.

Local service businesses

Established commercial operators exploring public-sector opportunities in their existing trade.

Subcontractors

Firms supporting larger primes who need their portion organized, compliant, and on time.

Small primes

Awardees without a full proposal team who still have to respond like they have one.

Proposal consultants

Independent consultants who need overflow capacity during a crowded bid cycle.

Lean GovCon teams

Teams that need solicitation shredding and compliance matrices without adding headcount.

About the founder

Alonzo Jackson

I spent my career on the inside of federal procurement — reading solicitations, organizing requirements, and supporting acquisitions where a missed attachment or a misread evaluation factor decides the outcome.

Nexora exists because the same discipline rarely reaches the small businesses that need it most. A capable landscaping, janitorial, or IT support firm can lose a winnable opportunity to formatting, deadlines, and unclear submission instructions. That's a solvable problem, and it doesn't require enterprise software.

My work is straightforward: read the solicitation carefully, translate it into a compliance package you can act on, and tell you honestly whether it's worth pursuing.

Draft — Requires Human Review

Missing facts flagged rather than invented: crew size, equipment list for chipper/haul-off, and disposal site. No performance claims generated without client-confirmed inputs.

Bid / no-bid signal

Draft — Requires Human Review

Capability match strong; past-performance evidence is the single open gap. Recommendation: bid with a documented subcontractor reference plan.

Pipeline capacity — sample 8-week view

A look at where Nexora is headed: an internal AI-assisted workspace that helps Nexora produce polished client deliverables faster — not a public client portal. Screens are static concept mockups with fictional sample data, and every AI output is labeled “Draft — Requires Human Review.”
